I want some guidance please, and need to know what others in my situation too are doing about it.

ETS has lost my results for the GRE exam I took on 6th of April.09 and say they have now sent me a duplicate on 16th of May through US mail.

Now the fact is they have sent it through normal mail and not through a courier service which is far more reliable. In any case as I have not received my results so far, it has caused a lot of inconvenience to me.

Can anyone help me out on this one by letting me know what they did when facing the same situation?
